Job Description

A telecaller acts as a company's voice, initiating or receiving phone calls to promote products/services, generate leads, provide customer support, and gather information. Their responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining call records, and achieving sales targets to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls: Contacting potential and existing customers to promote new products, services, or special offers.

Inbound Calls: Handling incoming customer calls to answer inquiries, provide information, and address issues or complaints.

Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers for the sales team by gathering information and following up on prospects.

Customer Support: Assisting customers with product or service-related questions, resolving their issues, and providing solutions.

Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, updating databases, and using CRM systems.

Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from customers about products, services, or the overall customer experience.

Sales and Targets: Working to achieve specific sales targets or key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer engagement and conversions.

Essential Skills for Telecallers

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening to engage with customers effectively.

Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to influence customers, present information persuasively, and handle objections.
