Job Description
- Make outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule product demos.
- Communicate fluently in English with customers during calls and online meetings.
- Give clear online demos of our educational products (PDF App, Student App, Online Modules).
- Handle tough/critical clients confidently with strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Maintain CRM updates, call logs, follow-ups, and convert leads from demo to closure.
- Help the team achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Participate in regular sales/product training and share daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Advanced computer skills required (Google Meet, CRM tools, online platforms, data entry, tracking software).
