Telesales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with interested customers to close deals
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
• Address customer questions and objections professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing

• Experience: 1–5 years in telesales / telecalling
