We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient WhatsApp Sales Order Processor to join our team. As a WhatsApp Sales Order Processor, you will be responsible for processing sales orders received through WhatsApp messages, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Receive and review sales orders submitted via WhatsApp.
• Order Verification: Verify order accuracy, including product details, quantities, and pricing.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment team to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
• Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on order status via WhatsApp.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators, such as order processing time and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in WhatsApp messaging and other relevant tools

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 12,000
• Incentives: depending on sales between 5000-15000
