We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Jewellery Tellesales Executive to join our retail showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and providing an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Share product details, images, videos, and pricing information with customers.
- Provide guidance on Gold, Diamond, and Lab-Grown Diamond jewellery.
- Convert online leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Coordinate online payments and assist in order dispatch process.
- Maintain daily inquiry and sales reports.
