Job Description

The Customer Support Executive (Back Office) will be responsible for handling customer communication, resolving queries, providing order-related support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to post-delivery. This role focuses on customer assistance, internal coordination, and data management and does not involve field sales.


📝 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Customer Communication & Support


Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email


Provide accurate information regarding products, availability, pricing basics, and company processes


Respond politely and professionally to customer queries and concerns


Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner


2️⃣ Follow-ups & Service Coordination


Follow up with customers regarding:


Order confirmation


Document collection


Dispatch status


Feedback after delivery


Keep customers informed about timelines and next steps


Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required


3️⃣ Order & Dispatch Support


Assist in order confirmation and coordinate with sales, accounts, and dispatch teams


Update customers about dispatch and delivery status


Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions


4️⃣ After-Sales Support


Handle post-delivery queries and collect customer feedback


Assist customers with documentation-related questions


Maintain long-term customer relationships through professional and courteous communication


📌 Key Skills Required


Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (other regional languages are an added advantage)


Polite, patient, and customer-focused approach


Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email drafting, and WhatsApp Business


Good listening skills with the ability to respond clearly and appropriately


Strong coordination and time-management skills


🎓 Qualification & Experience


Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)


Experience: 0–3 years in customer support / telecalling / back-office roles


Experience in Pharma / Surgical / Medical Device industry is a plus but not mandatory


⏰ Work Timing & Location


Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM


Location: Room No.417, 4th floor, Biz Hub, Amroli, Surat


💰 Salary & Benefits


Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)


Travel Allowance: As per company policy


Incentives: Performance-based incentives
