Telesales Executive

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to introduce products or services and generate interest.

Handle inbound calls from customers to answer questions and provide support.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update the customer database.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets.

Gather customer feedback and conduct surveys. 

Skills and qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and confident attitude.

Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or marketing is a plus.

Fluency in regional languages can be beneficial.
