Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic female telesales executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads/sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain company services clearly and professionally
• Handle customer queries and follow-ups
• Maintain call records and data
• Convert leads into sales
• Achieve daily/weekly targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati)
• Basic knowledge of calling and customer handling
• Confidence and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in telesales (preferred but not compulsory)
