Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 * Sales Generation:

  * Conduct outbound calls (including cold calls) to prospective customers to present products or services.

  * Handle inbound calls from customers interested in making a purchase or seeking information.

  * Effectively utilize pre-written sales scripts while tailoring the conversation to customer needs.

  * Persuade customers to purchase, cross-sell, and upsell products/services where appropriate.

  * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

 * Target Achievement:

  * Work relentlessly to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.

 * Customer Relationship Management:

  * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  * Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

  * Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

 * Administration & Reporting:

  * Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

  * Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports as required.

 * Product Knowledge:

  * Develop and maintain a deep, comprehensive knowledge of all company products, services, and current promotions.

Qualifications and Skills

 * Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

 * Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably with a track record of meeting sales quotas.

 * Core Skills:

  * Excellent Communication: Clear, professional, and persuasive verbal communication skills with a positive phone manner.

  * Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.

  * Resilience: Cool-tempered, patient, and able to handle rejection constructively.

  * Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  * Results-Oriented: A focused, goal-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
