Role Summary:The Telecaller will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients of Prism Colour Coats. You will be responsible for generating leads, providing product information, and scheduling meetings to support the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer-centric approach to help grow the company's market presence.

1. Key Responsibilities:Customer Outreach:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Prism Colour Coats' products and services.
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding offerings.

1. Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify leads for follow-up by the sales team.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and track the status of leads.

1. Product Knowledge:

• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Clearly explain product benefits, features, and pricing to clients.

1. Customer Engagement:

• Answer customer inquiries and address concerns in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.

1. Appointment Scheduling:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.

1. Reporting and Feedback:

• Document all customer interactions and feedback.
• Provide insights to the management team to improve sales strategies.
• Qualifications and Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Fluency in [Specify language(s), e.g., English, Hindi, Gujarati, etc.].
