Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responding to Customer's Inquiries
- Call & E-mail technical details to existing and new customers
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process customer purchases
- Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance
- Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow-up to ensure action has been taken
