Tellycaller

• Make outbound calls to existing and new leads for clinic services
• Handle inbound patient inquiries politely and professionally
• Explain skin, hair, and treatment packages clearly
• Follow up with patients for appointments and treatments
• Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and conversion reports
• Achieve assigned targets on a regular basis
• Coordinate with clinic staff for appointment scheduling
• Candidate RequirementsPrior experience as a telecaller (mandatory) – clinic or healthcare experience preferred
• Punctual, disciplined, and dedicated
• Serious and long-term work intention only
• Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and work independently
