Buyer Coordination
- Communicate with buyers for requirements, pricing, samples, and approvals
- Handle PO (Purchase Order) execution from sampling to dispatch
- Follow-up for PP samples, approvals, and timelines
Sampling & Development
- Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams
- Fabric sourcing, trims, lace, accessories, and costing
- Maintain sample status sheets and approvals
Production Management
- Production planning with factory team
- Track daily production, cutting, stitching, finishing
- Ensure quality standards and timelines are me
