Job Title:

Sales/Tour Executive



Job Role:

The Sales/ Tour Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing

customers to promote Pratham Tours and Travels' services, converting leads into bookings,

and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. The role requires excellent

communication skills, persuasive sales techniques, and a customer-centric attitude to help

clients find their ideal travel experiences.



Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Outreach:

o Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote travel

packages and services.

o Handle inbound inquiries from clients and provide them with detailed travel package

information.

o Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.

2. Sales Conversion:

o Understand customer needs and recommend customized travel solutions.

o Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by following up and building rapport with

clients.

o Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

o Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.

o Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and

referrals.

4. Product Knowledge:

o Stay updated on the latest travel packages, destinations, and offers provided by

Pratham Tours and Travels.

o Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of travel products to

customers.

5. Customer Support:

o Address customer concerns and provide solutions regarding travel plans, bookings,

and payments.

o Ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for clients from inquiry to post-travel

feedback.



Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, tele calling, or customer service (preferably in the

travel industry).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [applicable languages, e.g., English, Hindi, and

regional languages].

• Knowledge of popular travel destinations, holiday packages, and travel booking processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic internet research.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
