We are looking for a Tour Operator Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our tour operations. From designing packages to ensuring smooth execution, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesTour Planning & Operations

• Design and implement customized tour packages based on client needs and budgets.
• Oversee logistics including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
• Ensure seamless coordination with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and guide a team of coordinators and support staff.
• Train staff on operations, customer service, and problem-solving.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Client Relations

• Understand customer requirements and tailor experiences accordingly.
• Handle issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Build and maintain partnerships with hotels, transporters, and guides.
• Negotiate contracts for competitive pricing and high-quality services.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure service excellence.

Budget & Operations Management

• Develop pricing strategies that balance affordability and profitability.
• Track expenses and ensure budget adherence.
• Prepare reports and suggest cost-optimization measures.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote packages.
• Support in creating brochures, online content, and promotional material.
• Analyze sales trends and suggest new opportunities.

Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and feedback.
• Generate operational and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and safety standards.
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in the travel industry (minimum 2 years in a managerial role).
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of booking systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English & Hindi (other languages are a plus).
