Job Description
Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings
Issue, reissue, cancel tickets and process refunds
Manage PNR creation, fare quotes, and itinerary planning
Work on GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Handle LCC and Full-Service Carrier bookings
Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes and fare rules
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with airline policies
Assist clients with travel-related queries professionally
Maintain booking records and follow up on pending cases
Support sales and operations team as required
