Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell travel products including tour packages, air tickets, hotels, visas, and MICE services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling experience, and a passion for travel sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms
  • Promote and sell domestic & international tour packages, flights, hotels, visas, and travel insurance
  • Understand customer requirements and customize travel itineraries accordingly
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Coordinate with operations, visa, and ticketing teams for smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and post-sales support professionally
  • Stay updated on destinations, airline policies, visa rules, and promotional offers


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of travel products and destinations
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
  • Sales-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in travel sales (freshers with strong sales skills may apply)
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in a travel agency or tour operator
  • Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) is an added advantage
  • Experience in B2C and/or B2B travel sales
