Position: Utility Electrical

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Working Time: Shift-wise

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Salary: No bar as per interview

Payroll: On Third Party Contract (Ciel HR Roll)

Duration: 12 months contract (renewable depends on performance )

Role Purpose:

To ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical systems related to plant utilities such as boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC systems, and power distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain electrical systems associated with utility equipment (boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, etc.)
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and proper functioning of utility operations
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical panels, motors, transformers, and switchgear
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, energy consumption, and equipment performance
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for utility requirements
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new utility equipment
• Monitor energy efficiency and suggest improvements for cost optimization

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and industrial wiring
• Hands-on experience with utility equipment and maintenance practices
• Understanding of PLC systems and basic automation (preferred)
• Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
