Vendor Management Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Vendor Management Executive responsible for identifying vendors, sourcing materials/services, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely follow-ups for project requirements. The candidate should have strong communication, convincing, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source reliable vendors and suppliers as per project requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, delivery timelines, and service quality
• Follow up regularly with vendors to ensure timely supply of materials/services
• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement
• Maintain vendor database and update vendor performance records
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements and vendor support
• Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure smooth operations
• Track orders, deliveries, and vendor commitments
• Maintain proper documentation of vendor quotations, agreements, and records

Required Skills:

• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of procurement and material sourcing
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking vendors and orders
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendors simultaneously

• Organized and process-oriented approach

Preferred:

• Experience in construction / architecture / interior / procurement operations
• Knowledge of local vendor market and supplier networks
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
