Videographer

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, hands-on Videographer cum Graphics Designer who can independently shoot, edit, and design high-quality visual content for brands across social media, digital campaigns, websites, and ads.

This role requires someone who understands storytelling, brand aesthetics, and performance-driven content, not just tools.

• Key Responsibilities1. Videography & Video ProductionPlan and execute video shoots for:
• 
  
• Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads, Brand Films
• Product shoots, Events, Office culture, Client shoots
• Handle:
• 
  
• Camera setup, lighting, framing, and basic sound
• Edit videos with high visual appeal and platform optimization:
• 
  
• Reels (9:16), YouTube (16:9), Ads, Website videos
• Add:
• 
  
• Smooth transitions, subtitles, motion elements, brand overlays
• Ensure fast turnaround without compromising quality
• 2. Graphics DesigningDesign creative assets such as:
• 
  
• Social media posts & stories
• Thumbnails, banners, posters
• Ad creatives (static & motion)
• Basic website visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
• Convert ideas/scripts into visually engaging designs
• 3. Content & Brand CollaborationWork closely with:
• 
  
• Content team for scripts & concepts
• Marketing team for ad creatives
• Strategy team for brand direction
• Suggest creative improvements and visual storytelling ideas
• Stay updated with current trends in reels, edits, and design styles
• 4. Asset & Workflow ManagementOrganize raw footage, project files, and final exports
• Follow naming conventions and folder structures
• Meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Required SkillsTechnical SkillsVideography & Editing:

• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• After Effects (basic–intermediate preferred)
• Graphic Design:
