About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Visa Counsellor to join our team. This role is central to guiding and assisting clients through the visa application process, ensuring a smooth and successful journey. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counselling to clients on various visa processes and requirements.
• Assess client profiles and advise on the best-suited visa options.
• Assist clients in preparing and compiling all necessary documentation.
• Liaise with relevant embassies and immigration authorities as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of frequently changing immigration laws and policies.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through professional and empathetic service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Type: Fixed + Incentive
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
• Average Incentive: ₹20,000 per month
• Earning Potential: Excellent monthly earning potential based on performance.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Graduate
• English Level Required: Good English
• Total Experience: Experienced Only
• Minimum Experience: 1 Year (in a similar counselling or customer-facing role is preferred)
• Gender Preference: Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
