We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of programming, setting, and operating VMC machines, particularly for automotive components and diamond processing machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Set up VMC machines and ensure precise operations.
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct quality checks using measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure high-quality output.
• Maintain tools, machines, and workstations in good working condition.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines or programs in real-time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a VMC programmer/operator.
• Strong knowledge of automotive and diamond machinery operations.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and machining symbols.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / Engineering in Mechanical or relevant field.
• Experience with CAM software (like Mastercam, Solidwork, etc.) is an advantage.
