Waiter / Steward

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to seating
• Present menu and explain items, offers, and specials
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve orders promptly and courteously
• Coordinate with kitchen and billing counter
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-arranged
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs
• Assist in opening/closing duties of the café
• Support team members during peak hours

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / local language)
• Polite, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service (preferred)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a presentable appearance
