Positions & Salary Range

1. Foreman – Rigging

• Positions: 2

• Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000/month

• Work Hours: 10-12 hrs/day

2. Foreman – Welding

• Positions: 2

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month

• Work Hours: 10-12 hrs/day

3. Fabricator

• Positions: 4

• Salary: ₹25,500 - 29,500 (28-day cycle)

• Work Hours: 10-12 hrs/day

4. Fitter – Structure

• Positions: 6

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹37,000/month

• Work Hours: 10-12 hrs/day

5. Fitter – Pipe

• Positions: 6

• Salary: As per experience

• Work Hours: 10-12 hrs/day

6. Gas Cutter

• Positions: 6

• Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹32,500/month

• Work Hours: 10-12 hrs/day

7. Welder – SMAW (4G)

• Positions: 4

• Salary: ₹21,500/month

• Work Hours: 10-12 hrs/day

8. Welder – SMAW (6G)

• Positions: 4

• Salary: ₹25,500 - 29, 500 /month

• Work Hours: 10-12 hrs/day

9. Welder – SMAW (6GR)

• Positions: 4

• Salary: ₹30,500 – ₹36,000/month

• Work Hours: 10-12 hrs/day

10. Welder – GTAW

• Positions: 4

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹47,000/month

• Work Hours: 10-12 hrs/day

11. Welder – FCAW

• Positions: 10

• Salary: ₹32,500 – ₹38,500/month

• Work Hours: 10-12 hrs/day

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication, welding, fitting, or rigging tasks as per project standards.
• Follow all safety and quality protocols at the site.
• Coordinate with supervisors for timely work completion.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Requirements 1–5 years of relevant experience in heavy fabrication / port / industrial projects.
• Skilled in rigging, welding (SMAW, GTAW, FCAW), fitting, or gas cutting.
• Willing to work 10-12-hour shifts (28-day cycle).
• Physically fit and available for immediate joining.
