🎯 Role Overview

The Senior Tele Sales Associate is responsible for managing outbound calls, engaging potential borrowers, understanding their loan requirements, and converting leads into disbursed loans.

This role emphasizes lead generation and follow-up from company-provided data, ensuring every inquiry is properly qualified and pursued until closure. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with deep knowledge of financial loan products and customer engagement techniques.


🧭 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate quality leads from the database provided by the company.
  • Make outbound calls to explain available loan products and identify potential customers.
  • Record and update each customer interaction accurately in CRM / Excel sheets.
  • Screen potential leads by assessing eligibility and interest levels.
  • No self-sourcing required β€” all leads and data will be provided by Asvil Galaxy Finserv.

2. Customer Consultation & Product Explanation

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products such as Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, or Doctor Loans.
  • Clearly communicate the ROI (Rate of Interest), loan eligibility, tenure, and CIBIL requirements.
  • Educate customers on the loan application process, required documentation, and timelines.
  • Build trust and establish professional rapport with clients to improve conversion rates.

3. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement

  • Convert qualified leads into approved and disbursed loans through structured sales follow-ups.
  • Handle objections with empathy and professional counter-responses.
  • Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets in calls, leads, and disbursement value.
  • Maintain a consistent conversion ratio and ensure all performance KPIs are achieved.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Conduct periodic follow-ups with interested customers to ensure timely documentation and processing.
  • Maintain healthy client relationships for future cross-selling opportunities.
  • Retain satisfied customers through continuous communication and post-disbursal support.
  • Ensure a customer-first approach in every conversation.

5. Coordination & Operational Support

  • Coordinate with Field Sales Executives for documentation pickup and verification.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Credit Teams for loan processing and disbursal tracking.
  • Share daily performance updates with reporting managers.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and ensure compliance with company data policies.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain a structured record of daily calls, leads generated, and conversions in CRM tools or Excel.
  • Submit daily call reports, follow-up sheets, and conversion updates to the team lead.
  • Analyze lead performance and suggest improvements in call strategy or script.

7. Compliance, Training & Professionalism

  • Follow company and banking compliance protocols strictly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data at all times.
  • Attend regular product and communication training sessions.
  • Demonstrate professional ethics, punctuality, and accountability in every task.

  • Excellent verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing ability.
  • Experience in tele calling and handling financial product queries.
