General Manager

Bajaj authorised dealer , is looking for General Manager (sales and service profile) in Samastipur who will be leading main dealership in Samastipur, two other outlets (branch) and 16 (ASD).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business plans, set operational policies, and align activities with company goals.
• Sales & Marketing: Drive sales volume, revenue, and market share; oversee marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Operations: Manage daily operations, including after-sales, service, parts, and supply chain efficiency.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance (P&L ownership).
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Customer Experience: Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5-10+ years in automotive/motorcycle industry, with 5+ years in senior management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Business preferred); MBA a plus.
• Skills: Leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, strong sales/business development, deep understanding of motorcycle mechanics, workshop operations, and supply chain.
