Jio Point Assistant Manager

Reliance Jio is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Jio Point Assistant Manager to manage day-to-day operations at the Jio Point in Thrikkadavu, Kollam. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the Jio Point
• Handle customer queries and ensure high service quality
• Achieve sales and activation targets
• Manage inventory, cash, and documentation
• Coordinate with field teams and business partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
• Eligibility Criteria:Graduation in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, telecom, or sales operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Local area knowledge will be an added advantage
