Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibility

o  Participants in implementing new projects.

o  Facility modification and concept design phase through the detailed design phase including design review to fabrication and installation of the facilities.

o  Preparing and maintaining MTTR and MTBF within target and take necessary actions.

o  Provide technical support to the MAINTENANCE team on challenging equipment repair issues.

o  Shift schedule instructions, coordination for 5S in Department.

o  Maintain PM records of machines with own care. Take actions on troubleshooting breakdowns and analyze breakdown data performance of machines.

o  Assist in planning maintenance activities in weekend work and shutdowns.

o  Developed and apply idias for cost saving and safety of equipment's process.
