Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales:Call and engage with qualified leads generated through digital campaigns, portals, and partner networks.
- Share project details, resolve initial queries, and pitch the unique selling points of plots and villas.
- Convince prospects to schedule site visits by clearly communicating benefits and addressing objections.
- Ensure timely follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or email to nurture interest and move prospects through the funnel.
- Sales:Conduct site visits and provide clients with detailed walkthroughs and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and offer consultative selling based on their needs.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing/terms, and close deals effectively.
- Guide customers through booking, documentation, and post-sales support.
- Key Requirements:1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales and sales, especially in plot and villa segments.
- Proven experience in calling qualified leads, scheduling visits, and managing follow-ups to conversion.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Goal-oriented with a high level of self-motivation.
- Familiarity with the Talegaon Dabhade and Pune real estate market.
