The role involves generating leads, meeting residential customers, explaining rooftop solar solutions, and closing deals while coordinating with installation teams.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• 🚶‍♂️ Visit customers for rooftop solar sales
• 📞 Generate leads and follow up on enquiries
• 🗣️ Explain solar panel benefits, pricing & ROI
• 🎯 Convert leads into confirmed solar installations
• 🤝 Conduct client meetings & site visits
• 📈 Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets
• 🧾 Coordinate with technical teams for installation support
• 🗂️ Maintain daily field and sales reports
• 🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• 🎂 Age: 18 – 40 years
• 👨 Gender: Male
• 🎓 Education: 12th Pass
• 🗣️ English: Basic English
• 💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years (Relevant field experience mandatory)
• 🕘 Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)
