Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller (3 Positions)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads

Explain real estate projects (residential / commercial) clearly to customers

Generate and qualify leads for site visits

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

Maintain proper call records and follow-up status in CRM / Excel

Handle customer queries professionally and build trust

Follow up with interested clients regularly to move them to site visits

Achieve daily and monthly calling and site visit targets

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

Pleasant voice and convincing communication ability

Basic knowledge of real estate projects (training will be provided)

Ability to handle objections and customer doubts

Comfortable with calling targets and follow-ups

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / WhatsApp)

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in real estate or telecalling will be an advantage

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Target-oriented and disciplined
