Job Description
Retail Sales executive required ( Male or Female ) for our Jaquar Display Center nearby Tamluk.
Job Roles:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand needs, provide product info, answer questions, and build relationships.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and store sales goals, promote offers, cross-sell, upsell, and handle transactions.
- Store Operations: Maintain product displays, keep the store tidy, manage inventory (receiving, stocking), and handle returns.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and inquiries effectively and promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on promotions, features, pricing, and policies.
