Retail Sales Executive - Furniture Showroom

Responsibilities 

• Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints
• Sales: Arrange merchandise, demonstrate products, and persuade customers to buy
• Transactions: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Inventory: Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and place special orders
• Promotion: Develop promotional materials and in-store displays
• Reporting: Maintain records of sales and customer interactions
• Relationship building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to management
