Job Description
- Production Management, Plan, supervise, and optimize daily production activities to meet output targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
- Team Leadership, Manage, train, and motivate production supervisors, operators, and support staff.
- Organize shift schedules, assign tasks, and resolve workforce-related issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
- Ensure a safe, disciplined, and productive work environment.
- Technical & Engineering Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical issues in machines and equipment.
- Support maintenance team in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Implement engineering solutions to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Review and update SOPs, process flow, and technical documentation.
- Quality & Compliance Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Strictly adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.
- Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Track material consumption, wastage, and productivity metrics.
- Report any production deviations and implement corrective actions.
