Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Handling complete plant-level HR operations and on-site activities.

Monitoring employee attendance, shift management, and workforce coordination.

Managing compliance, statutory requirements, and HR documentation at the plant site.

Driving employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR reporting.

Ability to multitask, coordinate with different departments, and ensure smooth HR operations.
