Debt Recovery Agent

The Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to collect pending personal loan payments, ensuring timely recovery, and maintaining good customer relations while following company and NBFC guidelines,Visit customers’ addresses to collect overdue personal loan amounts.

Explain payment details and resolve customer queries regarding loan dues.

Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.

Submit daily reports on visits, collections, and follow-ups to the team leader.

Ensure all collections are done in a professional and ethical manner.

Coordinate with the telecalling and accounts team for updates and closures.

Achieve monthly collection targets set by the management.

Handle field visits within assigned areas using company-approved methods.
