*Experience:* Prior counseling/academic advisory experience preferred  

*Role Overview*  

Guide students in making informed decisions about courses, career pathways, and personal development. Provide academic roadmaps, career guidance, and motivational support while coordinating with parents, teachers, and institutions.  

*Key Responsibilities*  

* *Student Counseling:* Call/invite students, advise on course selection, career planning, and study strategies.  

* *Career Guidance:* Share info on colleges, scholarships, exams; conduct career assessments.  

* *Documentation:* Maintain student records, counseling notes, and progress reports.  

* *Workshops:* Conduct sessions on career awareness, study skills, time management, exam prep.  

* *Collaboration:* Coordinate with teachers, parents, and external organizations for student growth.  

* *Well-Being Support:* Provide motivational support; refer to professionals when needed.
