Accountant – GST & Compliance

Industry: Non-Ferrous Metal Scrap Trading (Aluminium, Copper, Lead, Brass)

Job Summary - We are hiring an experienced Accountant with minimum 2 years of practical experience in taxation, GST compliance, and financial accounting.

The candidate must understand statutory compliance requirements related to domestic and international trading businesses.

This role requires accuracy, discipline, and strong understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting procedures.

• Eligibility Criteria
• Experience: Minimum 2 years (mandatory)
• Age: 18–30 years
• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Commerce preferred)
• Basic English communication required
• Experienced candidates only (no freshers)

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounting entries
• Ledger reconciliation and balance management
• Sales & purchase entry verification
• Payment tracking and receivable follow-up

Taxation & Compliance

• GST filing (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B)
• TDS filing and calculation
• Basic knowledge of TCS
• Compliance tracking (GST, TDS, PTEC, PTRC, etc.)
• Assist in audit and documentation preparation

Reporting & Analysis

• Monthly profit & loss overview
• Tax liability calculation
• Basic financial projections and reporting
• Ensure compliance accuracy in high-volume scrap trading transactions
• Required SkillsStrong GST filing knowledge
• Practical experience in TDS & taxation
• Understanding of compliance-heavy trading industry
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Ability to maintain documentation discipline

Candidates who have basic GST knowledge but are willing to learn advanced compliance may also apply.

• Location: Warehouse Office (On-site)
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Salary: Based on experience (discussed during interview)
