🎯 Position: Admission Counsellor

📍 Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Candidates from Mumbai & Thane preferred)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

💰 Salary: As per industry standards + attractive performance incentives

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with prospective students and guide them about career opportunities in banking
• Handle walk-in enquiries, telephonic counselling, and follow-ups
• Build and manage a strong admission pipeline
• Present course benefits and recommend the right programs
• Manage fee discussions and ensure timely fee collection
• Maintain excellent student relationships and handle queries or grievances
• Achieve and exceed admission targets

✔ Graduate in any stream

✔ Strong communication and convincing skills

✔ Passion for sales, counselling, and student engagement

✔ Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships

✔ Target-driven mindset with good negotiation skills

✔ Knowledge of banking or financial services is an added advantage
