Inside Sales Executive (EdTech) – Freshers & Experienced

Locations: Rabale (Navi Mumbai) | Thane | Dadar | Andheri

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Timing: Mon–Sat | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 fixed + Unlimited Monthly Incentives

Role: Inside Sales Executive (Academic Counselor)

We are hiring energetic and passionate Inside Sales Executives who can guide learners toward the right upskilling programs. If you love talking to people and helping them make smart career decisions, this job is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 80–100 calls daily to potential learners
  • Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses
  • Conduct video counseling sessions
  • Convert qualified leads into admissions
  • Maintain lead details in the CRM
  • Work with the team to improve conversions


Who Can Apply?


  • Freshers who want to build a career in sales or counseling
  • Candidates with 0–3 years of B2C sales / telesales / EdTech experience
  • Must have strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Ambitious, energetic, and target-driven individuals


Eligibility


  • Bachelor’s degree mandatory
