Job Description: Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate is a design leader with strong technical expertise, proven project management skills, and a passion for creating impactful, sustainable spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

·   Oversee all phases of architectural design—from concept development through construction documentation and administration.

·   Lead client engagements, including presentations, meetings, and design reviews.

·   Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams to ensure:

o   Aesthetic quality

o   Functional performance

o   Budgetary and timeline compliance

·   Coordinate across disciplines to maintain project cohesion and excellence.

·   Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.

·   Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

·   Maintain high standards of design quality and project delivery.

·   Mentor junior architects and contribute to team development.

·   Stay informed about:

Requirements:

·   Licensed Architect with a minimum of 3–5 + years of professional experience.

·   Proven track record in a leadership role on architectural projects.

o   Cross-disciplinary coordination

·   Strong communication and client-facing skills.

·   Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve complex design issues.

·   A portfolio that demonstrates:

·   Technical Proficiency in:

o   CAD

o   SketchUp

o   Presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, etc.)
