### About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to drive B2B channel sales through IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors) for investment products. The role focuses on expanding and managing a strong IFA network while ensuring consistent business growth and partner engagement.

### Key Responsibilities

* Drive B2B channel sales through IFAs, brokers, and financial intermediaries

* Acquire and onboard new IFAs in the assigned territory

* Manage and service existing IFA relationships

* Promote and sell investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, etc.

* Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities with partners

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Track market trends and competitor activities

* Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention

### Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 1+ year experience in B2B channel sales (mandatory)

* Experience in wealth management / investment products / financial services

* Existing IFA network will be an added advantage

* Strong communication and relationship management skills

* Target-driven and self-motivated
