Purpose of the role: |
- The position has been created to enable clear focus on acquisition of NCV & UCV customers with a team of sales for a region as per company norms and process and ensure branch profitability and branch portfolio is maintained at a high quality Level

Key Responsibilities: |
- PBT [Profit before Tax] for the Region / Division / Zone Manage the Branch’s in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.
- New Initiatives: Process/ People / Product/ Training & Hand holding the team
- Deliver NCV/UCV, Advances growth, by managing disbursement as per Business Plan, Product mix and WIRR
- To achieve advance targets for UCV Business & NCV Business
- Build a high Quality Loan portfolio
- Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
- Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity
- Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player
- To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
- Manage Administrative smooth functioning of the branch
- Develop more channels for sourcing business in NEW CV & UCV penetration by building strong relationship with dealership.
- PDD tracking for loan disbursed
- Monitor and manager manpower at branch as per capacity
- Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
- Manage and monitor the portfolio quality and follow up with ED cases for timely resolution
- Ensure First time Right [FTR] for all the cases sourced with NIL queries & disbursement without any queries at CPC
- Trade Advance to NCV dealerships as per Plan

Desired Experience: |
- Number of years of experience (15-20 Years )
- Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large NBFCs)
- Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sale & Collection side of CV.)
- Languages (Hindi/English)
- Computer/technical skills (Handy with Basic Microsoft office)
