Brief Job Description: 

Electrical Engineer:

• An exciting opportunity to become fully trained and qualified Electrical Engineer on Vertiv Projects in EV Charging Infrastructure Build up, Retail Stores or Data Centers and Telecom Projects. You will be primarily responsible for Project Tracking, Vendor & Site Managment, Project implementation and Customer Interaction. Your secondary responsibility will be to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, salesmen, vendors and others within the area, while maintaining active and open dialogue with the service direction team.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

• Coordinate and run assigned projects/PM, ensuring they run smoothly and ensure the highest quality service is delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain the accuracy of the customer listing by reporting any issues.
• Assist in ensuring that the planned maintenance completion rate is maintained at a min 90%.

Qualifications:

Required/ Minimum Qualifications: 

• Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience of working in a technical service for EV Charging Station or in an environment of Electrical equipment like Control Sub-Station or associated industries i.e. Power.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications: 

• Computer Literate (All office associated programs such as, power point, excel, word, outlook).
• Previous field service experience essential.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter, ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively with an ability to work under pressure.
• Clean, Valid driving license. 
• There will be after hours (post 17:00) and weekend works requirements, sometimes at short notice.
• Daily travel to and from customer sites.
