Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Head Office

Role Overview:

The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple sites from the Head Office. This role requires strong process orientation, team coordination, and a focus on operational efficiency, accuracy, and SLA adherence.

• Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage day-to-day warehouse operations across locations
• Oversee inbound processes including material receipt and GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation
• Supervise order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
• Track and ensure timely completion of cycle counts and audits
• Maintain and analyze MIS reports for operational performance
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and defined operational KPIs
• Drive effective utilization of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Coordinate and manage warehouse teams for smooth execution
• Plan manpower requirements and optimize workforce allocation
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/3PL/logistics operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes
• Experience working with WMS and data reporting
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams remotely
• Strong communication and coordination skills
