Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or medical products sector. This role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the target industry segment.  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.  
• Handle client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.  
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.  
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in pharma, chemical, or related industries.  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.  
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings.
