Title: MIS & Data Reporting Analyst (SQL + Tableau)

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Data Reporting Analyst to develop, manage, and optimize operational reporting solutions. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver accurate, insightful dashboards and reports that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage operational MIS reports using SQL and Tableau
* Understand reporting requirements from Operations teams and translate them into interactive dashboards and analytical reports
* Publish, monitor, and maintain dashboards on Tableau Server
* Validate data accuracy by reconciling source system data with data lake data
* Apply business logic and data transformations to ensure high-quality, reliable reporting
* Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and pre-go-live data checks
* Collaborate with IT teams for creation and enhancement of required data fields in the data lake
* Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Gather, document, and refine reporting requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

* Strong hands-on experience in SQL
* Experience with Tableau (Dashboard creation, publishing, Tableau Server)
* Good understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

* Experience in Banking, Financial Services
* Knowledge of Data Warehousing/Data Lake concepts (optional)
* Exposure to UAT processes and data governance practices

 Qualification: Post Graduate/ Graduate in any field
