Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Associate – Solution Design & Commercials who will be responsible for designing supply chain solutions, building cost models, and preparing commercials/proposals for clients. The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills to support Edgistify’s growth and deliver scalable client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Gather and analyze client requirements, data, and operational inputs to design warehouse and supply chain solutions.

● Develop warehouse layouts, process flows, and resource models.

\● Prepare costing and commercial models to support proposals and negotiations.

● Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to optimize pricing and efficiency.

● Collaborate with operations, implementation, and technology teams to validate solution designs.

● Support client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses with solution and pricing inputs.

● Maintain and update internal databases, costing sheets, and solution templates.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.

● 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, commercials, or consulting (internships can be counted for fresh graduates).

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools will be a plus.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking.

● Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
