Back End Sales Executive

Sales Operations & Lead Management

• Inside Sales: Handle IndiaMart calling, lead follow-ups, and update prospect statuses in the CRM.
• Documentation: Draft professional quotations and manage email correspondence with potential clients.
• Sales Enablement: Monitor the NeoDove report to take follow-ups with the sales team and maintain accurate sales attendance records.

3. Strategy & Data Mining

• Direct Marketing: Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and manage data mining activities to identify new prospects.
• Program Development: Assist in creating and implementing a dedicated marketing program specifically for Consultancy Services.
• Data Hygiene: Perform data segregation and ensure all sales/marketing data is organized and actionable.

Required Skills

• Experience in social media scheduling and basic content creation.
• Strong verbal communication for tele-calling and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (for attendance and data mining) and CRM tools (e.g., NeoDove).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and "restart" stalled projects
