Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the bank's operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions, maintaining accurate records, and managing client records.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Process and verify transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, customer accounts, and other relevant data.

3. Provide administrative support to the bank's operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries.

4. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

5. Perform reconciliation of accounts, statements, and other financial reports.

6. Identify and report any discrepancies, errors, or suspicious transactions to management.

7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.

8. Maintain and update client records, including:

  - Account opening and maintenance documents

  - KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation

  - Transaction records and statements

  - Communication records and correspondence

9. Ensure client records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

10. Provide support for client onboarding, account maintenance, and other client-related activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in a back office or operations role in a bank or financial institution.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other software applications.

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
